1. Identification of the operator
This website is operated by SEITON VP S.A.S. (en constitución). Until the company is registered in the commercial registry, its founding partners operate it and are responsible for it (article 7 of Law 1258 of 2008):

SEITON and Góndola Inteligente are the names its founders use to identify their company and their product.
2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of this website and are available at all times. When you submit a form, you will be asked to accept them expressly in a separate checkbox. That acceptance is recorded electronically with the date, the time, the version and the digital fingerprint (SHA-256) of this document. Under Law 527 of 1999, it has the same validity as a written acceptance.
3. Nature of the site
The site is informational: it presents SEITON and its product Góndola Inteligente. No products or services are sold online on the site and no payments are received. Góndola Inteligente is contracted through a commercial proposal and a contract. That contract always respects the rights in the Refund and withdrawal policy.
4. Permitted use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data or accounts;
- affect the operation or security of the site, or send mass automated requests;
- send false information, third-party data without their authorization, or unlawful content through the forms.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, the design and the logo of the site are works protected by copyright (Law 23 of 1982), whose rights belong to its founders while SEITON VP S.A.S. (en constitución) is being incorporated. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without prior written authorization. The site’s typeface (Outfit) is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
6. Information on the site
The information on the site is general and may change. The objective and specific conditions we advertise bind us under article 29 of Law 1480 of 2011. The conditions of each engagement are set out in the proposal and the contract. The information for investors is not a public offering of securities or a promise of returns.
7. Liability
SEITON is responsible for the information it publishes on the site. It is not liable for interruptions of the site caused by force majeure, acts of God or acts of third parties beyond its control. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights the law grants you, in particular those under Law 1480 of 2011, which cannot be waived.
8. Personal data and cookies
The processing of the personal data you provide is governed by the Personal data processing policy. The use of cookies is described in the Cookie policy.
9. Refunds, withdrawal and payment reversal
The rights of withdrawal, refund and payment reversal are described in the Refund and withdrawal policy. SEITON grants them to anyone who buys from it, whether a consumer or a business.
10. Changes to these terms
SEITON may update these terms. Each version is published with its number and date before it applies, and is kept so that it can be shown which version each person accepted. Changes do not affect acceptances already given.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Cali. This does not prevent you from going to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (consumer protection: sic.gov.co) or to the courts of your place of residence, where the law allows it.
