From the ERP and POS to the sales floor
Góndola Inteligente connects to the ERP and POS your supermarket already has. It does not replace them or write to them.
Step by step
It connects to your systems
The ERP and POS send their data through an inbound API with its own credential, through Excel or CSV files, or with connectors for common ERPs. With a direct connection (API), in real time; with Excel or CSV files, it updates each time they are uploaded.
The system creates and assigns tasks
It prioritizes the work and assigns it across the team on its own, by aisle or section.
The associate makes a single route
They see their tasks one after another, ordered by location. They read the shelf tag and the product with the camera, and leave a photo of each product as evidence.
Managers see it on the dashboard
Supervisors and managers see their team's work with photos and times, the day's indicators and the reports.
What data it needs
Your ERP and POS provider supplies:
- Products with their barcode, class and status.
- Current price, offers and the day's changes.
- Stock by location: sales floor and stockroom separately.
- Lots with expiry date and quantity.
- POS sales with their time.
- Locations, if the ERP has them.
Read only
Góndola Inteligente only reads: it does not write to the ERP or the POS.
What each role sees
Store associate
Sees their tasks one after another, in a single route ordered by location. Reads the shelf tag and the product with the camera, and leaves a photo of each product as evidence.
Supervisor and manager
On the dashboard they see their team's work with photos and times, the day's indicators and the reports. They reassign or cancel tasks, with a reason.
Administrator
Manages people, groups, permissions and stores, and the connection with the ERP and the POS.
